Account Name and Passwords

Limits and Service Charges

A minimum purchase of US$30 is required and generally, you are limited to a minimum withdrawal/cash-in of US$20 (or your remaining balance if it is under $20).

Credit Cards 
For your protection, Virtual Exchange watches over your credit card purchases at the casino to prevent the unauthorized use of your card. If there is any unusual activity, or the purchases exceed the daily limits generally allowed by credit card associations and the individual limits we impose, then your account may be temporarily locked. You will be contacted should this occur and your account will remain locked until purchase confirmation is received by you, the cardholder. 

Wire Transfers 
EH New Ventures Inc. accepts US dollar denominated wire transfer deposits. Your funds will be available as soon as we have been notified that the money has been received. Up to an equivalent of $5,000 USD may be deposited into your account by wire transfer.

Checks 
EH New Ventures Inc. accepts checks in US dollars drawn on any recognized bank in the world. Your account will be available for your use when your check has been processed for clearing which takes between 14 and 21 days.

Any service fees incurred by EH New Ventures Inc. as a result of returned checks will be deducted from your account.
